because while technically summer looms near
Actual summer is is already here!

Say hello to pools and sports
summer is filled already, of course.

Summer school (for me-not him)
a trip south, an ocean swim?

What a beautiful shot of the big blue sky! A weekend with no plans just may be what the doctor ordered.

we just finished yesterday. this summer thing doesn’t feel too lazy to me, but maybe it won’t be as bad as I imagine. at least most things don’t happen quite so early in the summer 🙂

lucky, lucky 😉 Our summer begins next week (for students), but I have yet another week of workshop to ENJOY before I break. Summer never real is lazy, is it? Just a little less “have to” and a lot more “want to, plan to, will do.”

yeah, we get a lot of weather here in the winter so there aren’t a lot of kid things going on during the school year. That combined with my class schedule means that our son doesn’t do a lot of extra curricular stuff during the year. But summer has lots of options and we end up doing a bunch of them. This is the first year I’m taking Summer Term classes though.
